职位要求：
1.技校或中专以上学历，机械相关专业
2.一年以上生产制造现场工作经验，有质量相关经验优先
3.基本的英语能力和电脑操作能力
职位职责： Reports to: IE Manager
Major Area of Responsibilities:
1.To identity the productivity improvement opportunities by standardizing the process cycle time for each station and line balance.
2.To support the efficiency improvement activities to optimize the equipment utilization and OEE.
3.To review overall factory capacity and master factory/ plant layout to minimize the space waste and efficiency lost.
4.To develop and establish IE procedures and improvement programs.
5.Be responsible to do the capacity planning, analysis & actions to improve the capacity, also ensure the effectiveness of the action taken.
6.To support the project& initiatives of KONE WAY implementation and manufacturing work simplification, ergonomics consideration, and method/process improvement.
