Requirements:
1.B.Sc or M.Sc level degree in documentation, engineering, business administration or other relevant fields.
2.Minimum of five years experience of product information creation and of those at least three years in managerial position.
3.Knowledge and experience in documentation practises.
4.Understanding of the business requirements in a global operating environment.
5.Strong leadership and teamwork skills as well as enthusiasm to exceed expectations.
6.Interest and experience to develop your staff’s competences to meet and exceed business requirements.
7.Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Major areas of responsibilities:
1.To ensure that a cost effective product information creation and maintenance process and competent resources to produce the necessary product information are available for the business needs of the KONE Corporation in EAP.
2.To support R&D, PCM and Business Units by offering competent resources and cost effective process.
3.To support Frontline business performance by means of technical information and related services.
4.To ensure the availability of high quality and cost effective translation service.
5.Working as a Manager for Product Information Center in EAP (PIA).
6.Managing the primary processes: Product Information creation & maintenance, Publishing, Delivery and Translation.
7.Implement processes, practices and procedures to support corporate policies, standards.
8.Formulates product information strategies and programs based on knowledge of identified information need, or changes in products, procedures, processes, or services.
9.Make ensure that global and/or local technical information is produced according to defined process; this process runs concurrent to R&D and PCM process and is further developed.
10.To coordinate content creation of documents within PD-projects and PCM in order to ensure that Frontline organizations will have the relevant and easy-to-use technical information available to support their business performance.
11.Translation, terminology and KSE (KONE Simplified English) development and implementation.
