Work experience
-Minimum 2 years experience in quality field in manufacturing environment.
-Experience in medical device and/or knowledge of a wide range of manufacturing technologies is desired.
- Experience in sterile device manufacturing as a plus
Competency/ Skills：
- Understand requirements of process/equipment validation
Qualification/ Credential
- 6 sigma certificate as a plus
Language/ Computer
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Good computer skill of Microsoft application software
Others
- Good communication skill and team spirit
职位职责： Main responsibilities & duties
Start-up phase:
1. Take part in process validation.
2. Build up testing capacity regarding products, including setting up inspection procedures, material/product specifications and qualify testing equipment.
3. Operate inspection procedures
Routine production:
1. Perform batch record review to develop quality metric and drive defect reduction effort.
2.Perform statistical analysis of process data; interpret, compile and organize results.
3. Address product quality issues and organize quality improvement
4. Cooperate with other QEs for complaint investigation

Tyco Healthcare Medical Products (Shanghai) Manufacturing L.L.C. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, located in Shanghai Caohejing Pujiang Hi-Tech Park(CHJ) in Minhang District. SMF was established in November 2006. early in January 2006, the construction had already begun and SMF moved into the CHJ in April 2007.
The main business for SMF includes respiratory equipment, disposable surgical instruments, other related equipments and the technical support & after-services, etc.
