Qualification/ Credential
- 6 sigma certificate as a plus
Language/ Computer
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Good computer skill of Microsoft application software

Supplier Quality Management
- Be involved in material localization, including electronic component and injection molding parts
- Set up robust system to ensure supplier consistently provide qualified product, including:
- Perform supplier on site audit
- Material failure analysis and corrective action follow up
- Foster supplier fit for Tyco quality std
Material Evaluation
- First article evaluation
- Develop CpK of FAI for injection molding parts
- Gage R&R with Vendor
- Process validation
- Develop measuring tools

Tyco Healthcare Medical Products (Shanghai) Manufacturing L.L.C. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, located in Shanghai Caohejing Pujiang Hi-Tech Park(CHJ) in Minhang District. SMF was established in November 2006. early in January 2006, the construction had already begun and SMF moved into the CHJ in April 2007.
The main business for SMF includes respiratory equipment, disposable surgical instruments, other related equipments and the technical support & after-services, etc.
