Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree in mechanical.
2、Minimum 5years experience in manufacturing environment, more than 3 years in engineering department.
3、 Good ability on both spoken and written English.
4、Familiar with ISO9000/14000.
Responsibilities
1、Be responsible for equipment maintenance including production equipment , utility and non- production equipment.
2、Guide and organize daily repair work.
3、Track the uncompleted maintenance Work order to eliminate the defects of equipment thoroughly
4、Set up and upgrade preventive maintenance and repair plan. Lead repairman implement it.
5、Be familiar with ELS procedure .
Working with QA and Operator to improve product quality and increasing output
• Working with Operation to improve production efficiency through reducing setup time、 cycle time and downtime.
• Control spare parts inventory at an appropriate level.
Train the repairmen on repair skill.
Implement new equipment installation, adjustment and qualification.
• Support engineering improvement project and new product project.
