Job Description:
·improve the plant quality management system according to Bosch Rexroth regulations
·support all departments with their business processes as a quality specialist
·maintain Management System Manual (MSM) as a discribtion of all company business processes
·control, inspect requirements for design drawings/documents, work instructions, test procedures
·do internal process audits and quality controlling
·evaluate the internal quality system and report to top management
·deal with all staff of a company as well as top management
·independent work and good teamwork with all departments
·set-up and maintain relationships within the Bosch group
Criteria:
·know-how of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and qualification as an internal auditor
·3 years experience in an international company with working knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, heat treatment, assembly) as well as engineering and purchase business processes
·very good knowledge of interview techniques and quick of comprehension
·very good English language skills (writing and speaking) and MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
