任职要求： 1.Bachelors degree preferred
2.Minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment with some use of an MRP system
3.Have a sound working knowledge of purchasing as well as planning principles, including the ability to research, analyze, and negotiate in order to lead to mutual success
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in addition to an analytical ability
5.Ability to communicate effectively - must speak and write fluent English and Chinese

职位职责： 1.Supply chain management experience dealing with US manufacturing company with Asian supply chain, and experience in dealing with freight forwarders
2.Actively provide planning support for Star Trac OEM supply chain OEM product
3.An understanding of printed circuit boards and electronics, plastic injection molding and machining in order to better manage commodities
4.Ability to pull cross functional team together, consisting of suppliers and customers, to resolve issues
5.Ability to analyze and interpret industry conditions and state of the art advancements which may have an affect on design, lead-time, and/or cost of manufacturing
6.Ability to identify problems, analyze data, find solutions, and implement corrective action
7.Ability to evaluate commodities and develop effective strategies to improve lead times
●Must have experience using win-win communication strategies with suppliers and partners
1.Must be project-oriented, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, while bringing all to completion
●Working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems, spreadsheets
●Supplier audit experience
