任职要求:
- Degree in human resources, or relevant specialties
- At least 3 year HR management working experience, preferably in manufactory MNC or JV
- Good communications and interpersonal skill, team player
- Action oriented, independent and self-motivated, be reliable
- English proficiency and good PC literacy
职位职责:
- Implement and maintain local HR policies, practices, programs and systems consistent Corporate value and full familiarity and efficiency with legal environment labor law and responsibilities of company.
- Responsible for staffing and employment management. Maintain all personnel records and file as required and appropriate. Coordinate with employee activity, employee meeting, etc.
- Monitor, evaluate, and administer C&B system and related matter, update policy related to social benefit.
- Conduct job analysis, edit and maintain job descriptions.
- Responsible for timely effective recruitment, develop, maintain and evaluate the recruitment channels.
- Selection and promotion of the organization, seeks opportunities for cost-effective training of associates.
- Maintains contact with associate groups and prepares to support the process of conflict resolution.
- Responsible for all matters relating to Adm including cantee, transportation and cleaning, etc
- Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor
