* Have experience on management
* Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the IE management
* Be familiar with cost
* Good English in speaking, reading and writing skill
* Good communication skill.

职位职责：
* Establish standard hour, output and other standard rules that related to products.
* Base on producing demand, provide the forecast for headcount, line, stock
space and others resource capacity.
* Release the line balance, standard hour and labor cost to MFG and FIN.
* Design the plant layout, material flow.
* Track the operation efficiency, coordinate with related section to improve the operation productivity.
