职位职责： Basic Accountabilities:
1. Achieving annual company sales target
2. Maintaining existing sales network and develop new markets within Otis worldwide network
3. Collecting market information of export territories, making sales strategy and method accordingly.
4. Building up work team, and people development
5. Leading team to provide excellent service to customer
6. Transmit and prompt Company cultures and policies.
Key Measurements:
1 To fulfill and improve sales network in overseas market.
2. Training the salesmen to ensure the normal running of the above network.
3. Leading IBD Department to provide the first-class service to the customer.
4. Acting as the consultant in operation for the company. Providing timely, useful, professional, explicit, predictable and workable strategies to operations.
5. Ensuring Express competitive position in overseas market and enlarging our market share.
6. Build up a cooperative and lively work team to achieve business objectives.
7. Carrying out the EH&S policy.
8. Full compliance of Business Ethics and complete all the ethical assignments defined by the Company
9. Completing other tasks assigned by President.
