任职要求：
1.Develop required setups and execute needed tests/characterization.
2.Develop test programs by working with modeling and design engineers to determine performance requirements/specifications.
3.Develop and acquire new characterization methods to improve accuracy, efficiency and quality of data needed.
4.Responsible for being the resident expert in characterizing/testing fuses and other overcurrent protection products.
5.Summarize and provide analysis of data in statistically sound manner.
6.Develop and maintain good working relationships with design, packaging, modeling and product engineers
7.Automate/improve test procedures using hardware and software tools such as VEE, LabWindows, Visual Basic, and others to speed testing or data collection/analysis.
8.Communicate test status and results through updates in the Engineering Test Request System, Reliability Test Database, and direct contact.
9.Provide detailed Failure Analysis Reports to lab customers for failed devices through x-ray, sectioning, and thorough engineering analysis.
10.Manage engineering work performed by technicians and provide assistance/guidance as needed with clear instruction.
11.Identify and recommend Engineering Lab equipment, new tools, and procedure improvements to Lab Manager.
职位职责：
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
2.Solid understanding of analog electronics.
3.Good oral and written communication skills in English.
4.Ability to operate well independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
5.Fluency in operation of oscilloscope, milli-ohm meter or digital multi-meter, and other lab equipment.
6.Solid programming skills in a visual language (such as VEE, LabWindows, Visual Basic, Visual C, C/C++) demonstrated by coursework or practical experience.
7.Basic knowledge of GPIB or test equipment control via PC.
8.Test fixture making capability (such as PCB design, mechanical design)
