5.Knowledge of supplier delivery and capacity management
6.Understanding of inventory management
7.Familiar with JIT environment/ERP system
8.Excellent driving skills of multi-function work
9.Good communication skills
10.Good English skills
职位职责： 1.Review, plan and release raw materials in a just in time environment
2.Manage customer order/forecast to ensure 100% on time delivery and avoid premium freight
3.Manage inventory turns and slow moving/obsolete
4.Be responsible for production planning and control work order on time complete
5.Manage delivery rating of suppliers and work with suppliers to resolve delivery issues
6.Continuous improvement of materials supply system to ensure proper supply of parts to the production area
7.Communicates with suppliers to ensure material requirements are understood
8.Communicates any material supply issues to functional manager
9.Maintains accurate planning documents
10.monitor and review supplier capacity, material and resource periodically
11.Respond customer complaint (non-conforming logistics) and implement preventative action
12.Performs all duties in accordance with TS16949 and ISO 14001
13. Perform other duties as assigned
