任职要求：
1．Diploma and above in Mechanical engineering or manufacturing technologist
2．Fundamental manufacturing knowledge
3．Know the requirements of concerned section of TS16949, ISO9000
4．Good personality and open minded, excellent communication skills
5．3 years experience in related area,previous automotive experience preferred
6．Ability to do process development
7．Ability to design fixture
8．Ability to use at least one kind of CAD software
9．Good knowledge of error proofing and lean manufacturing
10．familiar with PFMEA/SPC
11．Familiar with PPAP,APQP
12．Familiar with continues improvement
