Essential background requirement
1) Bachelor degree or similar in Engineering
2) Honesty, Pro-active
3) The successful candidate is a result-oriented people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills towards the employees of the organization.
4) 25 –35years old
Essential experience and professional skill requirement
1) At least 5 year working Experience from the finance and/or IT area is vital.
2) Good Product and Production Costing analytical and problem solving skill
3) Well English both in written and spoken
4) Knowledge of ERP system will be considered an advantage.
职位职责： Accounting
1. Establish and develop Standard Cost calculation system
2. Cost Analysis Database Improvement, including CPH,cost of Quality,Department cost,Engineering Cost,Program Start up cost, Program Sales /EBIT,Scraping
3. Production project cost calculation and follow up
4. Act as a coordinator to follow up supplier related issue
5. Working Capital Management and Expenditure Control
6. analyze the deviation and activity plan recommendation.

8. Quarterly forecast (Program related, volume , PDD cost, Start-up cost)
9. Maintenance Cost Reduction Database
10. New program quotation (R2 Latch & Handle)
11. Perform other duties as required
