-More than 3 years operation and maintenance experience in Facility department
-Experience with installation, commissioning and qualification of water systems
-Good command of English communication skill, fluent in oral and written
-Good skill in problem solving

职位职责： -Experience with operation and maintenance of water systems
-Modification and improvement for the equipment and process of water systems
-Team building and training up
-Goal set up and achievement with the other team members
-Procedure implementation and improvement
-Training planning and morale inspiring.
-Management and improvement in maintenance and service area to provide good quality, quickly action and high efficiency.Include DI water, IWT(Industry Wastewater Treatment), SWT（Sanitary Wastewater Treatment）, FWT(Fluoride Wastewater Treatment),City water supply system, Drain system, etc.
-Make SOP and PM schedule of water systems
-5s implementation and improve.
-Keep good relationship with local government
-Provide strong support to production and other relevant department
-Operation budget and cost control
