职位职责： 1. 熟悉各机种BOM及设计图纸;参与新产品的可行性评估和导入(NPI).
- Be familiar with the BOM or product drawing; Participate in the evaluation of the feasibility of new product
2. 制定新产品的工艺方法和参数设置(WI) 及相关生产工艺文件，确保满足产品规格要求，并作好ECN的管控；
- Establish process method and parameters setup for new product, assure meeting product’s specification, write the SOP, and control ECN.
3. 为各段(SMT/PTH/Waving/Coating/Assembly)日常生产提供工艺技术支持和工艺督导,熟悉设备一般性操作,简单故障排除和参数设定(包含AI/Wave/Coating等).
-Supply process technical service and supervise process for daily production(SMT/PTH/ Waving/Coating/Assembly)，familiar with machine normal operation and parameters.
4. 设计必要的治工具，通过生产作业效率评估、研究，提升生产效率；
-Make necessary tooling, fixture, jig, and then get a good efficiency.
5. 持续优化或改善当前工艺作业水平及条件；做好工序时间管理(IE)
- Optimize process to focus on continuous improvement，be in charge of standard working time(Industry Engineering).
6. 关注制程良率的控制, 时时追踪检讨测试站良率;对生产过程异常，不良品或客户投诉进行分析，修改更新工艺满足品质要求, 制定返工工艺或提请报废.
-Focus on Production yield rate, Test yield review and monitoring; Analyze exceptional process , the reject or complain from customer, improve process to match quality request, establish rework process or claim scrap.
7. 了解ICT/ATE测试和设备的基本维护, 测试Coverage改善.
-Know ICT/ATE testing method, equipment maintenance and Coverage improvement.
8. 了解塑料件和金属件等机构料件的品质要求及组装方法.
-Be familiar with plastic and metal materials quality requirement and assembly method.
9. 对关键岗位的作业员进行培训.
-Train key operators in production line.
10. 维护和管理工艺文件(internal DCC)
-Maintain and manage process documents.
