职位职责： The key responsibilities include:
- Lead a mechanical development of computer input device product to achieve project goal in Cost,schedule and Customer Experience;
- Conduct and drive the detailed design review of product;
- Manage and drive suppliers for high quality deliverable;
- Drive the innovation of team and adopt new technology with complete feasibility study;
- Document necessary know how and constrain;
- Plan Technology roadmap, Play a role as either technical(Moldflow/CAE) and Product Champions in a mechanical team;
- Conduct feasibility studies;
- Optimize design for cost, performance and quality;
- Lead in problem solving;
- Work with function manager in management and coaching of team to growup team’s capability.
