任职要求：
-More than 3 years working experience in sourcing/purchasing/technical/quality (Sourcing experience is prefer)
-Oracle skill preferred;
-Bachelor degree or above;
-Fluent in writing,reading and spoken English
-Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
-Strong knowledge of MS Office applications ( Word, Excel)
-Ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines
-Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work.
-Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and by written communication
-Team player
职位职责：
-Push supplier to conform to program schedule according to Master Plan in NPI phase.
-Coordinate with other department to deal with cases relevant with NPI
-Supplier performance review
-Coordinate with global sourcing team and global purchasing strategy.
-Co-operate with IE to improve product cost down
-Improve whole production efficiency;
-Perform other duties as assigned
