Requirements:
1.General IT skills and ability, excel, word and powerpoint;
2.Develop close relationship with GSM, China/SAP manufacturing plants and Finance dept;
3.Excellent written and communication skills in English are a must;
4.Must be able to work on own initiative and possess excellent problem solving skills.
Responsilities:
1.Data entry of key fields for the success of the GSM organisation;
2.Email plants owners of key data fields for weekly updates;
3.Enter new information on items into Oracle system;
4.Run weekly reports on the number of transactions made.
5.Report Creation and Analysis:ICS changes into the MRP System; and transaction of 100k records to update MRP systems using upload templates.
