Duties of Position:
To review and provide DFM on new products in NPI stage;
To evaluate tooling both ST and HT development to maximize the benefit of material usage and process time;
To help the team to develop and design all processes flow for a current and new products;
To keep track of documentation between customer and the factory;
To provide sufficient support both technical and respond to customer through email and conference call;
To monitor subordinates engineering team for the sample build;
To proof-read of subordinates works such as BOM, Routing, WI, EC, Traveler card, DFM, FMEA and also quality FAIR;
To assist quote from CEC team by providing technical suggestion;
To ensure sample build to print and no defects;
To meet customer sample submission date;
To provide inprovement program to minimize MUDA and maximize the efficiency by utilize suitable tools;
Qualifications Required:
University Degree graduate in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent or above;
8-10 years experience working in sheet metal industry with proven experience in project engineering sides;
Proficiency in PC operations and PRO-E and CAD applications;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Familiar with ISO9001 quality system.
