Requirements:
1、University graduate in Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing
2、Engineering
3、Familiar with AutoCAD2000
4、Good analysis skill and problem solving
5、Good team player
6、Have working experience background of Cable Assembly will be a plus
7、Good communication skills, both in Chinese and English
Duties:
1、Workshop and production line layout change management
2、Conduct motion study material handling and material transfer
improvement
3、STD time establish and execution in the production
4、Optimize the production process & improve the production
5、productivity and efficiency
6、New project standard operation process analysis
7、Layout design for production
8、Production performance calculation and audit
9、Evaluate, design, fabricate and improve equipment, tooling jigs ＆fixtures
10、Provide IE support to Program Management, QA, Production, and ME
11、Define Packing and Labeling
12、Support visual management
