泰科医疗器材制造（上海）有限公司 是Covidien在中国投资4千多万美金成立的全资子公司.公司成立于2006年11月。在2006年1月开始厂房的建设，并于2007年4月搬入上海市闵行区浦江镇漕河泾出口加工区内。
公司主要业务包括制造、销售呼吸系统产品，一次性手术器具以及其它相关产品，并提供技术咨询和产品售后服务。

Tyco Healthcare Medical Products (Shanghai) Manufacturing L.L.C. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, located in Shanghai Caohejing Pujiang Hi-Tech Park(CHJ) in Minhang District. SMF was established in November 2006. early in January 2006, the construction had already begun and SMF moved into the CHJ in April 2007.
The main business for SMF includes respiratory equipment, disposable surgical instruments, other related equipments and the technical support & after-services, etc.
